My Challs
Keep your promises to yourself

Why did I create this site?

I have written goals for myself for years. The usual stuff like "I want to earn X by the time I am Y" or maybe "I want to get down to X kg by the time I am Y years old"

I would then break the goal down into a strategy that I would use to achieve my goal.

Then I would break the strategy down into tactics. The stuff I would need to do every day to eventually achieve my goal.

You have probably done the same. Maybe for you it was New Years Resolutions or promises you made to yourself on your birthday. Especially on those big scary birthdays that end in a 0...

You know what comes next.

For the first few days, I would keep my promise to myself. I would do what I said I would.

But then other stuff happens and I was too busy or I forgot one day.

Standard stuff.

I read all the books on self-improvement and habit forming. Excellent work but...

There had to be a better way.

So I created MyChalls (short for My Challenges but I imagine you guessed that already).

Am I perfect now? No. But I am a lot better than I was at keepingthe promises I made to myself.

Personally, I find the daly re,imder, the encouragement and the nice looking graphs that show me how I am going really help.

I suggest you try the free plan and see what you think. You have nothing to lose and maybe a lot to gain. For one thing, the questions you answer when setting up a new challenge really make you think about that critical factor to any goal.

Your Why.

Without a strong reason for doing something, you will not do it. Other stuff gets in the way. The the little questionnaire makes you dig deep and think Why you want what you want. KNowing that is a massive boost.

Ultimately, try it, have fun and feel great aboutyourself when you finally achieve that goal you have been dreaming ab out for years.
